Welcome to Ibero Spanish School! 

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Payment

1.1. Enrollment in courses is subject to availability. A completed application form must be submitted for consideration.

1.2. You have to have a tourist visa to enter Argentina and participate in one of our programs.

1.3. All payments have to be made via PayPal via this website. We will respond to all forms in 48 hours maximum.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the school’s administration office.

2.2. If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable administrative fee.

2.3. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

2.4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.

3. Course Changes and Modifications

3.1. Ibero Spanish School reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary.

3.2. If a course is canceled by the school, students will be offered the option to transfer to a future course or receive a full refund.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Absences must be communicated to the school in advance.Classes cannot be made up.

4.2. Classes lost because of National Holidays in Argentina are not made up.

4.3 We have your permission to show pictures, videos, etc in social media and on our websites.

4.4 Spanish Group classes are normally from 10 AM to 12 PM, 10 to 2.OO PM or from 2.30 to 4.30 PM. TEFL courses are normally from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM plus observations and teaching practice session hours.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

5.2. Ibero Spanish School has a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment or discrimination of any kind.

6. Liability

6.1. Ibero Spanish School is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your participation in our programs.

6.2. Students are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Ibero Spanish School respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the city of Buenos Aires. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course at Ibero Spanish School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
